Our New Look

Posted by on in All The Fuss

I've been a bad bad blogger and was MIA for a while. Unfortunately, as we switched everything over to our new site, I wasn't able to update the Blog. But I can finally reveal our new look! After months of re-branding, website building and a major labor of love, we can finally reveal the new brand of All The Fuss. We had the most amazing graphic designer who helped us create a look that was soft, romantic and pretty. Carine of Demoiselle Pixel is absolutely fabulous and so easy to work with, she assisted us all the way from New Zealand! We wanted a feminine and vintage-like feel to our logo and website. I am so thrilled with how it all turned out. The overall aesthetic combined with our amazing collection of client photos truly represents All The Fuss. We hope that you love our new site as much as we do!

Style Me Pretty Book Launch

Posted by on in All The Fuss

I’m assuming that you’ve heard of the incredibly popular wedding blog called Style Me Pretty. It’s one of our favorites! Heather and I actually had the chance to attend their new book launch recently. Creator Abby Larson hosted a book reading with champagne and passed h'ordeuvres, yum! We made the trip down to Grettacole in Boston for the event. We had so much fun and Abby is the most down to earth gal. She shared with us her experiences in the wedding industry and stayed for a very information Q & A session. We had such a blast and left feeling truly inspired. If you haven’t read her book yet, go pick up a copy!

It generally comes down to 2 things…the details and the photography. It breaks our heart a little when a wedding is so beautifully designed and yet the photography is not good enough for a feature. Hiring a great photographer is ESSENTIAL to getting a wedding on SMP. They don’t have to be the most expensive photographer or the most well known, they just have to shoot clean, unfussy photographs that allow the details of the day to really shine” ~ Abby Larson
